CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor the time, care, and energy that goes into every Soulé experience, the following policies are in place for all scheduled appointments: 💳 Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is not transferable and will be applied only to the service originally booked. If you reschedule or cancel outside the allowed timeframe, a new booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment. 🚫 Cancellations & No Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time without the attempt to contact us to reschedule — or failure to show up without communication — will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. This fee will be charged to the card on file. We understand that life happens, but consistency and respect for both your time and ours is essential to providing the elevated experience our guests expect.
